Buyer protection — we hold your payment and release it to the seller only once you confirm your order arrived

Help

How buying, selling and payments work here. If the answer is not below, open a support ticket.

Getting started

What is this site?

A marketplace where players buy and sell game currency, items, accounts, keys and boosting services from each other. We are not the seller: we hold the money in the middle so neither side has to trust the other first, and we step in when a trade goes wrong.

Do I need an account to browse?

No. You can browse every game, category and offer without signing up. An account is needed to buy, to sell, and to message anyone.

How much does it cost to use?

Listing is free and you are only charged commission when something sells. The commission rate is shown on the listing form before you publish, and again on every order. Buyers may pay a small service fee, which is always shown in the price breakdown before you pay.

Which currency do you use?

Everything on the site is priced and settled in euro.

Buying

How does buyer protection work?

When you pay, the money does not go to the seller. We hold it until you confirm you received what you paid for, and only then is it released. If you take no action, it releases automatically once the confirmation window on the order runs out — so check your order and confirm or dispute before then.

How do I buy something?

Open the listing, choose a quantity and pay from your balance. You will get an order page with a chat thread to the seller, the delivery deadline, and the buttons to confirm or dispute. Everything about the trade happens there.

What if the seller never delivers?

Every order has a delivery deadline. If it passes without delivery, you can cancel for a full refund straight from the order page — no dispute, no waiting on staff.

What does "instant delivery" mean?

The seller has uploaded the codes or account details in advance, so they are released to you the moment the order is paid rather than when the seller next comes online. You will see the badge on the listing before you buy.

Can I ask for something nobody is selling?

Yes. Post a buy request from the game or category page: say what you want and what you will pay, and sellers offer privately. Accepting an offer creates a normal protected order.

The item was wrong, or only partly delivered.

Open a dispute from the order page before the confirmation window closes. Staff can return all of the money, release all of it, or split it — a partial delivery does not have to be an all-or-nothing outcome.

Selling

How do I start selling?

Create a listing from your account, or press Sell on the category page for whatever you are selling. Pick the game and category, fill in the details that category asks for, set your price, and publish.

When do I get paid?

The money moves to your balance as soon as the buyer confirms delivery, or automatically when the confirmation window elapses. You can then request a withdrawal from your wallet.

What commission do you take?

Commission is shown on the listing form before you publish, and on every order breakdown. It depends on the category and on your seller status, and it is only ever charged on a sale that completes.

Can I copy an offer somebody else has listed?

Yes — "Sell one like this" on any listing opens a new one of your own, already filled in with the same details and price. Photos are not copied: they belong to that seller, so add your own.

How do I sell keys or codes without being online?

Choose instant delivery and upload your codes to the listing's stock pool. Buyers get them automatically and the stock count keeps itself up to date. You can see every pool in one place under Stock in your account.

Why was my listing hidden or rejected?

Listings can be paused by staff for breaking the rules, for misleading details, or while something is checked. The reason is shown on the listing in your account. If it is not clear, open a support ticket.

Can I sell in more than one game?

Yes, as many as you like. Your listings page groups them by game so a large inventory stays manageable, and you can edit price, stock and pause state inline without opening each one.

Payments and withdrawals

How do I add money?

From your wallet. The payment methods available are shown there with their own minimum, maximum and fee. Money arrives in your balance once the payment settles, which for crypto means once it is confirmed on the network rather than when it is sent.

I paid but my balance has not changed.

A deposit is credited when the payment provider tells us it settled. That is usually seconds, occasionally longer if the network is slow. If it has been a while, open a support ticket with the amount and the time — staff can see pending deposits and credit yours by hand.

I sent less than the invoice asked for.

The invoice stays open and you can send the difference. Nothing is credited until the full amount arrives, so a partial payment is recorded but not spendable. If it never completes, open a support ticket and staff will settle it.

How do I withdraw?

Request a withdrawal from your wallet. The amount leaves your balance immediately so it cannot be spent twice while it is queued, and staff release it. The minimum is shown on the withdrawal form.

Why do I have to verify my identity?

Above a certain lifetime withdrawal total we ask for identity documents before paying out. You are told before you hit it, not after. Documents are stored privately, every staff view of one is logged, and they are deleted once the check is done — the page tells you exactly how long that is.

When something goes wrong

How do I open a dispute?

From the order page, before the confirmation window closes. Say what happened and attach anything that shows it — screenshots, the chat, the trade window. The money stays held while it is open.

What do staff actually look at?

The order, the delivery, and the conversation between the two of you. This is why the chat has to stay on the site: it is the evidence. Both sides get to put their case.

What outcomes are possible?

The money can go back to the buyer, go to the seller, or be split between them. A split is normal where part of an order was delivered — commission is charged only on the seller's share of it.

How long does it take?

It depends on how much there is to read and whether both sides reply. Answering quickly with specifics is the fastest way to get it decided.

Staying safe

Why can I not share contact details in chat?

Deals arranged off-platform have no protection, no dispute process and no recourse. Keeping the conversation here is what makes the protection possible, so messages that route a trade elsewhere are blocked or held for review.

A seller asked me to pay them directly. What now?

Do not. The moment money leaves this site there is nothing anyone can do for you, and this is the single most common way people are robbed on marketplaces like this one. Report the message and staff will deal with it.

Is buying a game account against the game's rules?

Often, yes. Most publishers prohibit account transfers in their terms and can suspend an account for it. That is a risk you take with the publisher, not with us — our protection covers whether the seller delivered what they promised, not what the publisher does afterwards.

How do I know a seller is real?

Every seller carries their completed order count, their rating, and how long they have been here, and reviews can only be left by somebody who actually bought. Badges shown on a seller are ours, not theirs, and are explained where they appear.

Still stuck?

Open a ticket and a person will read it. If it is about an order, raise it from that order instead so the whole conversation is attached.
